With a MA in International Development, Minh Thu Nguyen is a PhD candidate working on the European project Smart BeejS-Smart Value Generation by Building Efficiency and Energy Justice for Sustainable Living (grant 812730). Her doctoral project is titled “Representing energy citizenship-Analyzing neoliberal governmentality in Positive Energy Districts and potential alternatives”.
