Short bio

Joana Baptista is a Professor at Iscte and co-coordinator of CED research group. Her work focuses on the effects of early experiences on young children's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, and how the caregiver-child quality of interaction affects child executive functioning. Joana Baptista is the PI of the FCT-funded research projects “All4Children" and "BabyExecutive", and a national delegate on COST action Euro-CAN (CA19106).
