Short bio
David Guedes is Invited Professor at Iscte and a researcher in the project LessSugar4Kids-Children, parents and teachers’ perspectives on sugar intake reduction. His main research interests include the determinants of healthy and sustainable food choices and dietary practices, namely in what concerns the role of sensory and affective variables.
