Marília Prada obtained her PhD in Social Psychology at ISCTE-IUL in 2010, where she is an Invited Assistant Professor (Department of Social and Organizational Psychology). Since 2015 she is a postdoctoral fellow on a project funded by the European Commission (“Examining the Boundaries of Embodiment” coordinated by Margarida Vaz Garrido). She is also the Co-coordinator of the Research Group Behavior, Emotion and Cognition (BEC) at CIS-IUL.
Her research interests include food perception and preference, affective information processing, electronic mediated communication and the development and validation of materials to be used in research.
